The Designer..."Ms. Lisa"

In 2006, Lisa L. Sims decided that it was time for her to launch her dream of starting her own freelance graphic/web design business. Not knowing what to name it, her daughter suggested that she name her business "Passionate 2 Design" being that she has such a great love for designing. So from that moment her business took flight and Passionate 2 Design was a reality.

Being a new business owner Lisa knows the stuggles that it takes to start-up a business, therefore, her goal with Passionate 2 Design is to assist small businesses with creative and practical web design and graphic work which will help to improve their exposure, marketability and overall image at a very affordable rate.

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee Lisa worked in several positions where she was able to develop her skills in print design. During her down time, she assisted organizations with designing marketing materials, but that wasn't enough to fulfill her dreams of becoming a graphic designer, so she started taking classes at a junior college in Memphis.

A few years later she married and then relocated to Chicago to be with her husband. Still needing to take her skills up another notch Lisa decided she needed to continue school to obtain the cutting-edge computer technology for designing and producing graphic communications. In 2008, Lisa obtained her Graphic and Multimedia degree from Westwood College and is currently pursuing her BA in Web Design and Multimedia from Devry University.

Currently working as a Marketing Assistant at a real estate company in Chicago, Lisa's passion is designing and bringing other's visions into reality. Her clientele has blossomed with many organizations and companies within the United States. She loves a creative challenge, working directly with her clients, and pushing herself to produce the best work possible.

Lisa is currently married with two children, two dogs and a proud grandmother to Kahlil.
